valentas.lt

It’s been quite a while since I last posted here, but this time I couldn’t resist posting this. valentas.lt is this new blog that caught my attention. You can find some really interesting information there, and new posts are published quite often. Moreover, you canshare your thoughts in the comments, and the webmaster is very responsive, considering it’s not spam, of course.

If you have nothing else to do and want to spend your time pithy, this blog is definitely worth checking out.

Fast Food: Ads vs. Reality

Have you ever wondered why unwrapped fast food is so much different from the commercials you see on TV? The West Virginia Surf Report has made a nice “Ads vs. Reality” comparison, so you would know what NOT to order the next time you go to a fast food restaurant. Hell, I once had an opportunity to taste Arby’s Beef ‘n’ Cheddar just to find out how crappy that burger was. My recommendation: try a Mighty Deluxe Cheeseburger in Good Times – of course it doesn’t look like in the ads as well, but at least it’s damn tasty!

Kebab day

Today I ate a great kebab that I paid 6 LTL for it. The thing is, I ate it using my bare hands, while my friend used a fork. I’d love to do that tomorrow as well. In Laisves aleja (the main pedestrian street in Kaunas) I saw many different people, some looked really weird.
